  1. Don't let the stress and excitement distract you from the amazing man you get to marry.

Once again, I am so sad to not be a part of this weekend. Cherish it, because it flies by!

  2. Take it all in. It goes by in the blink of an eye and you'll wish you didn't spend 10 minutes with every guest and instead just danced or walked around admiring your planning with your new husband!

And, have someone tape the ceremony. Someone surprised me and had a Flip camera at ours. Best present ever because I was so nervous and emotional that I literally don't remember any of it!

  6. I agree with the video thing... a friend had video'd mine but the camera broke and they weren't able to recover the files... so we don't have it =/

As far as you... make sure in the business of getting ready, the coordinator asking you final questions, your parents and girls constantly surrounding you, the photographer being in your face... that you go somewhere quiet for 5-10min by yourself to reflect.

  7. Best advice I got was to stop at random points throughout the day and take a 'mental picture'. It all goes by so quickly, but if you force yourself to stop and capture those moments you won't forget them! I have many tiny, random memories of moments that easily could have slid by but I am glad I got the advice to do that!
