I think at any given point in time, we all have stress. We each have our places in life and roles we have to play... that means that we have responsibilities.
Right now, I'm a student. I am in school full time, with a mega course load. I'm also completing an internship with a Therapeutic Foster Care organization. On the side, I work for the Limited (which I love) and you know that I started my own lia sophia business. So, I'm busy.
This week, it hit me like a ton of bricks that this time around, it's not just me. I have a fiancee who counts on me to communicate as to whether or not I'm planning on cooking dinner or eating jelly beans. I have a puppy who counts on me to take her out and play with her. When I did college, it was just me. I worked, I studied, and I didn't have a life. I realize that I need to adjust my life a little to accommodate for them. So I'm a little bit stressed. Exams are coming up, readings are piling up, and papers have to be written.
I'm sorry I haven't been blogging or reading or commenting. I'm stretched to the max right now. But I love you all!!

ReplyDeleteIt will take some time to adjust. And just as soon as you get adjusted you will be done with school and it will be time to adjust again. Just take it one day at a time and know that you have people around you that love and support you even if you serve jelly beans for dinner (I'd come over that;)

ReplyDeleteI definitely understand! I'm trying to do the whole college thing with 2 young puppies and balancing my marriage and taking care of the house and spending time with Lance before he deploys. We're here for you :) Take care of what you need to take care of!
